Your constant blows will not damage the tough reinforced vinyl covering. The high density foam center absorbs the punches and kicks evenly, and distributes the force preventing you from knocking it down. It really can take all that you can dish out.

Any complaints?
It would be nice if it had a no slip base. It will move around some. You can just use this opportunity to move around the bag, and punch it back into place. The bag does have a little bit of play in it, but other than that, you will not find a punching bag this large for this low of a price.
