King Sports Punching Bag

What is included?
You get one punching bag that has an adjustable height. You can adjust the height from 90cm – 130 cm. The punching bag is attached to the base with a spring. The spring gives the bag its rebound. It will bounce back. This is an excellent way build for kids to build up their reflexes. Putting in some regular time with any punching bag will build strength and endurance too!

Here are some helpful tips.
You will need to inflate the punching bag part. Do not over inflate it. If you do, you will break it. To keep the punching bag from falling over, you will have to fill the base. The manufacturer suggests using water. We have found that sand works much better. If there is an accident, it is much easier to clean up.

Any problems with it?
Some people have had problems with the bag losing air. If you over inflate the bag, you will have this problem. Do not over inflate the punching bag. Older kids will knock it over when they hit it. It is made for kids 4-8 years old.
